For the rental of free roof space, we compensate you with an annual rent.
A solar panel installation on the roof improves the thermal energy efficiency of your building.
You don’t have to do a thing. We take care of the planning, construction, operation and maintenance of the system – all at our own expense.
- After you have contacted us, we will check the roof of your property to see if it is suitable for installing solar panels.
- A minimum of 6,000 square metres of available roof space is required. In addition, no construction projects may be planned during the term of the contract.
- In case of suitability, we will work with you to draw up a rental contract tailored to your individual situation.
- We apply for funding from the federal government for the installation of the solar panels. As soon as the approval is received, we finance and install the solar panels.
- During operation, we monitor and maintain the solar panels on your roof.
- At the end of the 25-year contract term, the installation becomes your property.
