ewz pays for the fed-in electricity from renewable energy sources. This also applies to plug & play solar panels.
- If no smart meter is connected, you will receive an annual flat-rate payment until the scheduled smart meter rollout. For the first time in 2025, this will be retroactive to 2024. The amount and registration of the flat rate will be communicated at a later date.
- Early installation of a smart meter outside the scheduled rollout period is not possible.
- The certificate of origin is not remunerated as it cannot be issued for plug & play solar panels.
