- The first step is to register for the city of Zurich’s ‘My Account’.
- Then log in to ewz.ch using your ‘My account’ for the city of Zurich.
How to obtain your access code:
Administrator not yet available
- Enter the contract account number or recipient address from an ewz letter
- Select the authorised signatory for your company from the commercial register
- The authorised signatory receives the access code and uses it themselves or passes it on for one-time use
Administrator available
- Enter the contract account number or recipient address from an ewz letter
- An access request is sent to the administrator by email
- The administrator processes the request
- You will be notified by email about the process
Administrators
Administrators can manage access to My ewz. They can process incoming access requests or invite new users.
Users
Users receive read access and can view the customer account, but cannot edit the data.
