ewz.solarsplit optimises the self-consumption rate of your property. This increases the return on your solar panels while reducing the amortisation time.
The residents of your property benefit from lower electricity costs, because locally produced solar power is cheaper than electricity from the public grid.
Electricity is billed according to consumption and fairly between consumers.
You make an active contribution to environmental protection through the promotion of renewable energy.
- Only properties in the area covered by ewz are eligible for participation.
- After you have contacted your contact person at ewz, we define the price for your solar power together.
- After signing the contract, your property will be prepared for ewz.solarsplit. One-off set-up costs are incurred.
- The tenants receive their electricity bill from us, as before. Along with their individual electricity product, the bill will now include solar power as well.
- Your tenants can decide for themselves whether they want to take part in ewz.solarsplit.
- After the introduction of ewz.solarsplit, we will inform and assist your participants until all questions have been answered.
- As the installation owner you get a quarterly credit from us for the solar power you’ve sold to tenants, and for the electricity you’ve fed back into the system. We pay your additional income minus the CHF 0.04/kWh service fee directly to you.
